The call for abstracts has now closed. Thank you to everyone who submitted their work for consideration.
Conference fee
- Standard participation fee: 350 EUR
- Special fee for students: 250 EUR
- Fee Exemption (Students delivering an oral or poster presentation are exempted from paying the conference participation fee.)
The fee covers all meals, and in-conference field trip.
Accommodation should be booked by the participants. (Accommodation suggestions are at last part of the page)
Registration information
If you are a student (BSc, MSc, or PhD) presenting an oral or poster presentation, you are exempt from the participation fee. In this case, please select ‘No invoice’ in the invoice section and ‘Fee exemption’ in fee section.
If you are a paying participant, please click ‘Yes’ in the invoice section and choose either Standard Participation or Special Fee.
Invoices will be issued within 2 weeks based on the information provided in the registration form. Please note that credit card payment is not available.
